What are CRM CLR Stored Procedures?

Fusion CRM CLR Stored Procedures provide a simple and easy method to create, update and delete data in Microsoft CRM 4.0.  The product is designed for migrating data from an existing system or for simply updating CRM Data safely and easily.

CRM CLR Stored Procedures provide tools that will be easy to use by anybody familiar with SQL Server development.  The .Net CLR stored procedures use the CRM web service API to provide a fully supported method of data manipulation that guarantees the integrity of your data.

How does it work?

The CRM CLR .Net Stored Procecdures are deployed to a seperate SQL Server database to the CRM Dynamics database.  Typically this database is the staging or landing database that contains the logic to identify if there are any inserts or updates in CRM.  The CLR stored procedures do not connect to the CRM directly - instead all communication is done through the CRM web services.
